Jim brings business innovation expertise and a rich knowledge of the vision care and consumer packaged goods industries. He has over 28 years experience driving transformative innovation process resulting in multiple new product launches and the formation of several start-up companies.
Jessica Richey

VICE PRESIDENT, MARKETING
Jessica adds over 18 years of global marketing experience to the leadership team. She has launched numerous medical device products and services, many within the contact lens industry. Areas of expertise include pipeline strategy, brand development, customer insight mining, and commercial launch execution.

With 30 years experience in the medical device field, Tony has built global automated engineering solutions for Fortune 50 companies. He led innovative automation technology and process development for the world's largest contact lens manufacturer, creating sustainable competitive advantage.

With 35 years of IT experience in global technology and healthcare organizations, Charles led the development and delivery of multiple large-scale business applications. His areas of expertise include strategic enterprise and data architecture, process design and improvement, and program management.

Ed brings more than 33 years experience within a Fortune 50 medical device company. With 15 years focused on mergers & acquisitions, he has personally led licensing and acquisition deals ranging from 500k to $2.4 billion.

Mike brings more than 30 years experience across multiple Fortune 50 companies. He has served as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance in global and regional capacities in both medical device and consumer packaged goods industries.
